UFC Hall of Famer BJ Penn calls out Nik Lentz to a fight at 145lbs

UFC Hall of Famer BJ Penn made an appearance on UFC Tonight and was interviewed by Kenny Florian and Michael Bisping to discuss what he currently been up to. Mid interview Bisping asked Penn on his issue with Mike Dolce.

BJ Penn stated:

“I am sick and tired of Mike Dolce. Mike Dolce, I put out a challenge. You go grab Nik Lentz. Bring him down to 145 and I’ll run right through him and then I will fight you in the back and smash you. Let’s do that right now”

BJ Penn who is retired advised that he will come out of retirement for a grudge match and that he paid Mike Dolce $1000 a day for 20 days.

The former UFC Lightweight/Welterweight Champion Penn last competed against Frankie Edgar at 145lbs, where he lost via TKO punches in round 3 at the TUF 19 Finale back in July 2014. At the post press conference Penn then made his retirement official in an emotional speech.

It has not been confirmed if BJ Penn has discussed this with the UFC.
