Stevie Ray steps up to face Ross Pearson at UFC Belfast

Originally set for Ross Pearson vs James Krause, Krause had to withdraw due to an injury. The UFC have now announced that Stevie Ray will step up to face Ross Pearson in the co-main event for UFC Belfast.

Stevie Ray has an MMA record of 19-6 and a UFC record of 3-1. He is coming off a loss to Alan Patrick at UFC Fight Night 95 in Brazil. He loss by unanimous decision. Previously to that Stevie Ray had been on a 5 fight win streak with 3 finishes in or before the second round.

Ross Pearson has a MMA record of 19-12-1 and a UFC record of 11-9-1. Pearson has won one out of his last four fights, with both his last wins being split decisions first over Chad Laprise and then Paul Felder. With a change of opponent, Pearson will be eager to get back in the win column.

This card is now headlined by Gegard Mousasi vs Uriah Hall 2. The event will take place at the SSE Arena in Belfast Northern Ireland, November 19th.
