Nate Diaz makes his return to welterweight to take on Matt Brown at UFC 189 in Las Vegas Nevada, in a card headlined by Featherweight Champion Jose Aldo and Conor McGregor.
Nate Diaz has a record of 17-10 and has won one out of his last four fights. His latest win which was at welterweight was over Gray Maynard at TUF 18 Finale back in November.
Nate Diaz has complained about the weight cut to Lightweight and is no stranger to the welterweight division as he has a 2-2 record in the weight class with his latest loss coming to current welterweight contender Rory MacDonald.
Matt Brown has a record of 19-13 and has won two of his last four fights. Brown’s most recent loss was to Johny Hendricks which took place at UFC 185 this past March, where he was defeated via unanimous decision.
