Jimi Manuwa vs Corey Anderson to Headline UFC London

It has been reported by MMA Junkie that the bout between Jimi Manuwa and Corey Anderson will now headline UFC London, March 18th at the O2 Arena in London.

Jimi Manuwa (16-2) is coming off a second round KO over Ovince Saint Preux at UFC 204 in Manchester last October. This came after having nearly a whole year out after suffering a KO loss to Anthony ‘Rumble’ Johnson at UFC 191 in 2015. Manuwa in a main event bout previously when he fought Alexander Gustafsson in his hometown of London back at UFC Fight Night 37, loosing by second round TKO. Manuwa will be looking for a different result this time around though as he main events in his hometown of London again.

Corey Anderson (9-2) is coming off a second round TKO win over Sean O’Connell at UFC Fight Night 102 last December. Previously to that he has lost by split decision to Mauricio Rua at UFC 198. Anderson has won four out of his last five fights in the UFC and will be after an upset win when he comes to London.

The UFC have not yet confirmed this main event, stay tuned for more updates as they develop.
