Former UFC Featherweight Champion Germaine de Randamie will return to the octagon against Raquel Pennington this Nov. 10 at UFC Fight Night 139 in Denver, Colorado.
Germaine de Randamie (7-3) has been out of action since 2017 when she won the inaugural women’s Featherweight title by defeating former Bantamweight Champion Holly Holm at UFC 208. She was later forced to relinquish her title due to her inactivity but will make her return to the Bantamweight division this November.
Raquel Pennington (9-6) is coming off a TKO loss to the women’s Bantamweight Champion Amanda Nunes at UFC 224. Previously to that, Pennington had been on a four fight win streak with wins over former Champion Miesha Tate and Jessica Andrade. She will have her eyes set on getting back into the win column with a win over de Randamie.
Also added to this card is a women’s Strawweight bout between Ashley Yoder and Amanda Cooper. Headlining this event is a Lightweight match up between Frankie Edgar and the Korean Zombie.
