Conor McGregor turned himself into the NYPD Thursday night after he and his entourage attacked a bus full with UFC fighters attempting to leave the UFC 223 media day. McGregor had stormed the media day in search of Khabib Nurmagomedov who had been involved in an altercation with McGregor’s team mate Artem Lobov two days previous. In the attack Conor McGregor could be seen in video footage attacking the bus with items that smashed the window injuring two fighters. A total of four people were sent to hospital as a result of the incident.

McGregor was charged with three counts of assault and one count of criminal mischief. Cian Cowley, one of McGregor’s team mates was also arrested and charged with one count of assault and one count of criminal mischief. Making his appearance in court today, bail for Conor McGregor was set at 50k and according to Ariel Helwani, was paid for by one of his team mates Dillon Danis.
Dillon Danis paid for McGregor’s 50k bail, I’m told. So, McGregor should be able to leave right away.

Conor McGregor will be able to leave and return back to Ireland however his next hearing is scheduled for June 14th.
