Brad Pickett takes on Henry Briones in Retirement fight at UFC London

Brad Pickett will make his last walk to the Octagon March 18th, at the O2 Arena in London. He will take on Mexican Bantamweight Henry Briones in his retirement fight in his hometown.

Henry Briones (19-6-1) is coming off a KO/TKO loss to Douglas Silva de Andrade at The Ultimate Fighter Latin America 3 Finale in November. Previously to that, he had suffered a decision loss to the now current UFC Bantamweight Champion Cody Garbrandt at UFC 189. His first win was his UFC debut back in 2014 when he won by round two submission. Briones will have his eyes set on spoiling the party for Pickett as he aims to get back in the win column.

Brad Pickett (25-13) is coming off a recent decision loss to Urijah Faber when he retired in his hometown of Sacramento, California in December. Previously to that, Pickett had suffered a first round submission loss to Iuri Alcantara at UFC 204 in October. His last win was a split decision victory over Francisco Rivera at UFC Fight Night 84 in his hometown of London. Pickett made his professional MMA debut in 2004 and has had a long and successful career competing in promotions such as Cage Rage, WEC and The UFC. Just like Urijah Faber did, Pickett will look to go out with a bang, fighting for the last time in front of a home town crowd.
