Ali Abdelaziz believes Khabib Nurmagomedov could drop Mayweather in a boxing match

Khabib Nurmagomedov’s manager, Ali Abdelaziz spoke to Brett Okomoto of ESPN in the light of talks about a boxing match between Khabib and Floyd Mayweather.

Conor McGregor was the first MMA fighter to face the undefeated retired boxer, making it to the tenth round before suffering a TKO loss.

Since defeating Conor McGregor, Khabib Nurmagomedov has engaged in a back and forth with Mayweather over social media with Floyd showing interest in taking on another UFC star.

In a recent interview with Brett Okomoto, Khabib Nurmagomedov’s manager spoke about a potential fight. “He can’t make Khabib tired, we already know that. I know it’s a different sport but like you saw, Khabib knocked Conor down, Floyd couldn’t. All it’s going to take is one punch and I think Khabib can drop Floyd. I don’t know if he can finish him but I know he can drop him if he landed because he’s too small.”

When asked if he is in talks with Mayweather he responded, “Floyd Knows my number, that’s all I’m going to say.”
